After calculating how many calories you should be consuming, we provide guidance to help you structure a nutrition plan with USDA MyPlate guidelines. Nutrition is made simple by breaking calories and macros up into small meals. Develop healthy nutrition habits with our program that will help you get results. - 20 years of experience in the fitness industry personal training and group exercise instruction
- 15 years of gym managerial/operational experience (2 years commercial gym, 13 years Owner Fitnext LLC
- 4 years of education administration and team development as the Dean of Advanced Personal Training for Beckfield College
