After assessing goals with us, we help design weekly workout regimens based on individual need! Just show up and a workout will be set up and waiting for you to perform. Workout formats consist of:

On their own, employees may choose to perform one of our certified workouts that can be tailored toward their specific goals! Written workouts are posted and exercises are demonstrated on our 18" screen video tablets located at each station.
