Our experts in the field of food and nutrition will advise clients on what to eat in order to lead a healthy lifestyle or achieve a specific health-related goal.  Nutrition plans are customized  to meet individual goals.  Nutritionist duties: 

• Explain nutrition and what it can do for the client. 

• Assess clients’ health needs and diet. 

• Develop a meal plan discussing both cost and clients’ preferences. 

• Evaluate the effects and change meal plan as needed. 

• Promote better nutrition by giving talks to groups about diet, nutrition, and the relationship 

• between good eating and preventing or managing specific diseases. 

Our life coach is a wellness professional who helps people make progress in their lives in order to attain greater fulfillment. Life coaches aid clients in improving their relationships, careers, and day-to-day lives through: 

• Guidance 

• Empowerment 

• Improvement 

The health analysis is used to gauge progress during fitness programming and data on company health.  Employees can receive optional services: 

• Weight and BMI Analysis 

• Circumference Measurement Analysis 

• Progression Picture Analysis 

Screen for high blood pressure which can lead to health risks and major diseases. 

We specialize in body lifestyle transformations and use physical training, nutritional changes and improvements in thinking to help you reach your goals.  

Employees don’t have to be members of the gym to come loosen up tight muscles.  Treatments are available from contracted licensed therapists in a dedicated room, which includes dimmer lights and soothing music.  Cost will be extra for tenant employees.
