Through gym management and corporate workouts, our mission is to promote fitness and wellness to companies by building team member morale, physical and mental health awareness, and productivity within the workplace operating in Cincinnati and surrounding areas.

Fitnext will also contribute to the enhanced retention of employees.  Companies that implement wellness programs normally experience a much lower rate of employee turnover leading to the reduction in the cost of training new employees. 

Our approach for fitness studio design is to provide an interactive corporate wellness center that keeps employees engaged in healthy lifestyle behaviors.  Fitnext fitness programming and design will provide variety, convenience, efficiency, entertainment and results.
