Sessions begin with a group warm up followed by breaking up into your individual workouts. Exercises are demonstrated on a 10-inch tablet docked at each station. They help facilitate workouts between you and our coaches by enhancing visual communication. Coaches use them as a tool to assist with workout program and implementation. While motivating and moving throughout the room, coaches will correct your form, recommend sets and repetitions range, and demonstrate exercises with modifications if needed. All workout levels are welcomed!

Achieve your goals in a non-intimidating environment with your coach while providing detailed feedback during workouts on form and function of movements. Coaching is tailored in a style that personally helps you get results. Log and track progress with measurements analysis (body fat/skinfold caliper), nutrition recommendation (USDA MyPlate), and progression pictures for added program adherence.
One on One Training Times:

One on one training times outside of the times provided can be scheduled if available, but at a higher cost.
Workout independently with technology as your guide! We can customize your fitness experience with variety! Reserve a fitnext workout unit for up to 1 hour 15 minutes. Access Smart TVs, Fitnext YouTube workouts, and Fitnext Trainerize App for smart devices to guide you through workouts at the gym! Utilize dumbbells, barbells, suspension bands, resistance bands, BOSU, kettlebells, heavy ropes, medicine balls, heavy bag, resistance ball, and other fitness items! (Sorry, no power lifting).

This is a 60 minutes trainer led fun workout that will help you burn maximum calories while building muscle and confidence! You will be encouraged to move at your own pace without judgement.
Perform perform functional fitness movements geared toward sculpting the entire body! Equipment used are step bench, BOSU, dumbbells. barbells, heavy ropes, kettlebells, mini trampolines and more!
