Training Strengths

I have always taken pride in being a fitness educator, motivator and role model. I have been known to excel in these areas of fitness and training: aerobic/interval training, functional training, core stability training, weight loss and toning.

 

Training Philosophy

As a trainer don’t look at me for sympathy. Don’t think about proving yourself to me or others around you. Think about yourself. Think about how you may need improving.

 

After I discover what you are capable of, it is up to me to help you discover it as well. I will help you break, mental and physical boundaries you dreamed impossible. So I don’t feel sorry for pushing you to, through, and far beyond your limits.

 

It’s never too late to become what you might have been. This quote has stuck with me since I’ve read it years ago. I refer to it as well as encourage others to refer to it when challenges present themselves in daily life. Always push yourself to do better than the time before giving 110%. When you can live each day knowing that you’ve done everything in your power to succeed, win or lose you will be satisfied with your end results.

 

Now it’s up to you to decide, I need it. I want it. I deserve it. I will never give up!

Interests: Friends, family, continuing education exercise and fitness, things that are organized, weight lifting, running, tennis, racquetball, my dog Jaxx, music, culture and diversity, dance, watching the sunrise and sunset, business management, movies (horrors, action, suspense thrillers), reading poetry and Dean Koontz, anything physical that makes me sweat, anything and anyone that challenges me mentally.
