1 hour motivational fitness sessions geared toward your specific goals. Sessions can consist of stretching, resistance training, cardio/endurance training, interval training, circuit training, and/or functional training.
Bi monthly weigh-ins to help hold you accountable for habits (nutrition and recommend fitness programming) outside of training sessions.

Personal Training
You can workout solo, or with a group of friends in our unique atmosphere. Personal training consists of:
Functional Training – This training style uses resistance bands, resistance/medicine balls, free-weights, and polymeric exercises in an attempt to condition the body in an un-stable environment. We feel that performing exercises that mimic everyday activities and specific skills is a very effective way to train, regardless of ones goals.
Circuit Training – A group of activities performed in stations. These stations may consist of strength exercises combined with endurance/aerobic exercises in an attempt to provide the benefits of both a cardiovascular and strength training workout.
Cardio Blocks
Here at FITNEXT we take cardio to a fun, challenging, and competitive level. Cardio is a necessary evil. We all should do it, however sometimes choose not to due to lack of motivation. Who wants to run endlessly on a treadmill or paddle a stationary bike to nowhere? Cardio Blocks are training sessions geared strictly to various cardiovascular workouts, and are open to anyone training here at FITNEXT! When scheduling your appointments, look for the highlighted boxes along with the cardio type.
Cardio Blocks are also offered to non-training clients at separate rates.
This martial art based aerobic session is geared toward beginners and advanced participants. Session can be modified to suit low and high impact needs. Block, punch, kick, KICK BUTT! Come get in shape and attack fat with Cardio Combat.
An intense high/lo impact session geared toward shaping and toning the lower body while keeping you healthy and fit. Step aerobics includes instruction to high energy music and creative routines.
Sports drills, calisthenics, plyometrics, and strength/agility training jam packed into a mixture of high/low intensity movements. Performed outdoor or indoor, this boot-camp workout is sure to make you sweat and burn off calories.
This is a very popular 90 minute walk around and through downtown Cincinnati. Come burn calories and challenge yourself by treading uphill, downhill, and all terrain while enjoying sites unseen! (Different walking paths dictate the intensity of workouts.) There is never a dull moment during this urban exploration!
This run/hike adds strength and agility training at designated areas throughout the city. The Urban Excursion provides a new, fun, and exciting twist to your outdoor workouts.
This bass droppin’ booty poppin’ class provides high energy club music (hip-hop and electronic) fused into an aerobic setting. Regardless of your dance background the routines and combinations are sure to give you a total body workout unlike any other experienced. Check all of your inhibitions at the door; this class isn’t for the shy people because we come to party!
