I have been training with Cris for about six months. My goal was to regain upper body strength that had been compromised by a neck condition and to improve my balance. I had not done any weight training for over 2 years so I was also anxious not to incur additional injury. Recently I visited my doctor who was pleased to hear that my initial symptoms have been greatly reduced and the strength in my left arm is much improved. My balance has also improved as a result of the lower body conditioning that has been part of my work-outs.

I think Cris’ careful personal planning and aggressive approach have made it possible for me to make impressive progress in a relatively short time. His disciplined work-outs are producing more than satisfactory results. I am happy to recommend Cris.

Hope life is going well back in Cincinnati! I’m gradually settling into Minneapolis, and the new job/house/friends/everything is going fairly smoothly. The only wrinkle is that I have yet to find a trainer who was able to offer the style of experience you did. I joined LA Fitness, as it is walking distance to my house and has a big enough space that I can approximate many of your workouts. I’ve seen their trainers recommend things that vary from useless to harmful.
