Using the Online Scheduler
Your User Account
You will need to create an account to manage your sessions online. If you already have an account, log in at the top right corner of the Scheduler. If you have not yet registered, click the “Sign up!” link just below the login form. Then, in the section labeled “Is this your first time?” follow the instructions to create your account.
Navigation
There are 4 important sections in the online Scheduler: Classes, Personal Training, My Info, and Online Store.
Classes
In this section, you can sign up for group fitness classes. Navigate to a class that interests you and click on the name of the class for a detailed description. When you’re ready to book, click the “Sign Up Now” button next to the class you want to attend. You then have the option to sign up for a single class session or to make a recurring reservation. Next, you are prompted to pay for the class(es). The “kind of Series or Membership” you want is “Group Classes” and you can choose to pay for 1, 8, or 20 sessions at a time. Once payment is complete, you will be registered for the class.
Personal Training
This is where you sign up for personal training sessions. If you check the box next to “Personal Training Packages” you will be given a form to search for available sessions that fit within your schedule. Click “Search” and you will be taken to a list of available sessions that match your criteria. Click “View Schedule” to go to a calendar view of available appointments. In calendar view, click “Personal Training Packages” in the slot you want. From the list view, click the link to book the desired trainer. Confirm your appointment details by clicking “Make Single Appointment” or “Make Recurring Appointment.” Next, you are prompted to pay for the session(s). The “kind of Series or Membership” you want is “Personal Training Packages” and you can choose from various monthly or in-full payment options. Once payment is complete, you will be registered for the sessions.
My Info
The My Info tab allows you to view and manage your personal information. Here you can change contact information, view your scheduled classes and appointments, and review purchase history.
Online Store
In the Online Store you can purchase fitness packages first and then sign up for specific time slots. For example, if you know you want to sign up for a year of personal training with Cris but you aren’t sure exactly which days you want yet, you can go to the Online Store and pay for your year of training. Then, once you’ve decided what days are good for you, you can find and reserve appointments that fit your schedule.
